Advisory agreement
Strategy and groundwork, before the model build.
For teams that are strategy-ready but not yet model-ready. We work on jurisdictional strategy, market-access research, literature review, and the questions your future model will need to answer. No model build included.

Full engagement
Model build, dossier, response-to-query.
For teams who are model-ready: Regulatory work is underway and reimbursement is the next milestone. We build the model, write the dossier, and stay inside the engagement through response-to-query.

Every engagement runs on HEX Platform™, included, not extra. Your team has live access for the duration of the work, and after, in line with the agreement.

What is included in a full engagement.
This list is for full engagements. Workshop and advisory inclusions are scoped on the call.
Principal-level access
Direct access to a principal-level economist on every engagement. Questions answered the same week, not relayed through account management.
Model build and maintenance
Markov, partitioned-survival, decision-tree, or budget-impact models built and iterated on HEX Platform. Every parameter has a source, a sensitivity range, and an audit trail.
Sensitivity and value-of-information analyses
Probabilistic sensitivity analysis (PSA), deterministic sensitivity analysis (DSA), and value of information (VOI) analyses sampled and re-run on demand. Tornado diagrams and uncertainty plots ready for the dossier.
HTA submission support
Dossier drafting and submission support for the jurisdictions you target: Pharmac, MSAC/PBAC, NICE, CADTH, HAS, G-BA/IQWiG and others. Response-to-query support included throughout the cycle.
Client team access to HEX Platform
Your team gets read access to the live model. Interrogate assumptions, walk parameters back to source, and inspect every scenario without waiting on an email reply.
Validation and audit trail
Append-only history of every parameter change, every estimate revision, and every simulation run. Submissions are reproducible from the snapshot at lock.
What is not included.
External costs (agency administrative fees, payor consultation, jurisdiction-specific committee fees, third-party data licences) are passed through at cost.
Clinical trial design, systematic review, and primary data collection are not part of a standard agreement. If those are needed we coordinate with a clinical or epidemiology partner and reflect that in the scope.
